We are located next to the B & B marina in north Bradley County Tennessee. We are starting with open-air boat/RV/trailer parking. We're a new startup and have big plans. We will be continuing to improve the facility over time. Get in while there is space. You're literally 1 minute from the boat ramp. Near future plans include canopy parking with electrical plug access. Smaller dry storage units for valuables. A dumpster is on-site to clean your ride out. Convenient access to I-75. One minute from water access to Hiwassee and Tennessee river system via marina boat ramp. The facility is designed to be manless. There is a daily presence as owners, family, and friends literally surround the property. Gate automatically locks between the hours of 11pm to 5am for security purposes. Text/email communications. There are 3 ways to rent. Website, phone number, and onsite kiosk with live help. All self-explanatory. No cash is accepted or stored onsite. Stop taking up garage, driveway, or yard space. Stop pulling your trailer through town. Leave your toys here.
